2011-12 Residency Information 

The House Corporation is pleased to present to you the Lease Agreement and House Policies for the 2011-12 academic year.

EACH MEMBER AND HIS PARENT OR GUARDIAN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT HE WILL LIVE IN THE CHAPTER HOUSE SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THE CHI CHAPTER HOUSE POLICIES.  EACH MEMBER SHOULD RETAIN A COPY OF THE HOUSE POLICIES FOR HIS OWN RECORDS.

For those members who will be living in the Chapter House for the 2011-12 academic year, please keep the following points in mind:

  1. The Lease Preparation Checklist and Lease Agreement must be completed in their entirety. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BLANK OR YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO LOSING YOUR ROOM PRIORITY.
  2. Section 2 of the Lease Agreement requires that a room number be specified.
  3. If your son lived in the Chapter House last year, his deposit will be applied to this year's deposit requirement.
  4. Please be sure to initial a payment option in Section 3 of the Lease Agreement.
  5. All leases must be co-signed by a Guarantor.
  6. Both Student and Guarantor signatures on the Lease Agreement must be notarized.

All signed House Policies, Lease Preparation Checklists, Lease Agreements and Security Deposits must be RECEIVED by chapter Treasurer Sterett Seckman by Friday, January 29, 2011.
